Eco Press offers online reputation repair services for victims of online libel/defamation attacks. We’re a social media marketing company based out of Miami, FL. However, we represent clients throughout the United States.

While the internet is a useful tool to brand one’s business or build a personal online presence, it can also be a very destructive tool used by vindictive antagonists who devise a plan to defame, libel and destroy one’s reputation online. More often than not, these attackers are sociopaths who know the person they defame. While we do our best to answer questions, it is my  policy not to answer or give a way too much information online. Due to the sensitive nature of most defamation of character cases, the last thing we’d like to do is give your antagonists any more ideas or tools to further continue their digital crucifixion.

Is there a guarantee that any negative information indexed on search engines will be permanently deleted ?

No! Again, no! It is beyond anyone’s control to permanently delete negative, erroneous, libelous information written about you on the internet. However, our Defamation Defense Blueprint  was designed to push most if not all negative information indexed on search engines beyond the first pages of major search engines such as Google, Yahoo! and Bing.

What kinds of tactics are used to remove or push down ranking of negative, libelous information?

While most of our tactics used in our Defamation Defense Blueprint is confidential, again, to avoid giving antagonists any more ideas, efforts will be made to contact webmasters and impress upon them that it would be in their best interest to remove libelous statements or sites hosted or managed by them.  The rest of the efforts made on your behalf will be discussed in a confidential one-on-one appointment. What we can share is that we will aggressively flood the search engines with positive information about you and/or your company.

Will law enforcement be notified on my behalf?

Each case is different. In severe cases where intervention by law enforcement is necessary to identify anonymous bloggers or website owners who are defaming you, then, yes, we will contact the FBI or other law enforcement entities on your behalf.

Must I tell my story on the internet, or can I be anonymous?

We’re at your disposal. We will give you suggestions of proven methods. However, it is always our intention to make sure that you’re comfortable with the game plan. It is our suggestion to face the lies written about you by your antagonists head on! We’ll be happy to discuss this concept with you further during our one-on-one consultation.

How long will it take to remove or push down negative online information about me or my business?

Each case differs. What we can commit to is that in less than 24 hours of a signed contract you will start to see a swift aggressive campaign in your defense unravel itself online.  Some cases take days, others may take weeks or even several months. However, it is our intention to get you some favorable results within 72 hours and a tangible campaign within several weeks. We do not want you to go through any unnecessary emotional pain or economic losses.

Will we help you create copywrite of any sorts to defame your antagonist?

Absolutely not! We do not believe in engaging in a nefarious tit-for-tat with those who’ve created a negative smear campaign to start with. It lends itself to more travail as well as legal liabilities for all. We will only state facts and more often than not, will not mention names. We have a very strict policy regarding this matter and we never, ever deviate from it.

How will Eco Press fight to repair my reputation?

Due to the sensitive nature of these type of cases, we do not disclose all of our tactics. However, rest assured we have quite a few carefully engineered methods which yield positive search engine results. What we can share is that we’ll create a vast, varied campaign of copywrite (sometimes in the hundreds) which will flood the search engines. We have a team of copywriters, web designers, graphic designers and seo specialists who are just as passionate as Eco Press’ owner, Anabelle Taub. The entire team is sensitive to victims of online reputation attacks.

Do you have a payment plan, or do I have to pay for services upfront?

First,  please note, we completely understand that it is unjust to have to hire a marketing defense firm to repair your reputation because of a nefarious vendetta to destroy your name and your business’ reputation! Because we understand how frustrating your situation is, we offer reasonable fees and yes, absolutely, we offer payment plans. You do not have to pay for all services up front, and we urge you not to pay any company any type of full upfront fees. Our  six months or one year payment plan allows you to cancel after three months, with no penalty fees or additional obligations.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. We require a down payment and a three-month minimum, after three months you are free to let us know if you’d like to continue, or would like to cease efforts. Typically, the campaign we take on to defend your personal or business’ good name, will turn itself into a marvelous positive marketing campaign which may yield you more profitable dividends than before the attack on your business began.

Since Eco Press does not provide online information about its Defamation Defense Blueprint, when will I be privy to the type of plan which will be carried out on my behalf?

First and foremost, you will have to provide proof that you’ve been sabotaged, harassed or defamed online. Once we look over the information, we will go over what will be needed to push down and/or remove negative information about you, your business or corporation, which had been indexed by search engines. We are very discreet about our methods, for one very simple reason– we do not want to give antagonists any more ideas or methods by which to destroy innocent hardworking individuals, physicians or corporate owners.

Can you provide testimonials from prior clients?

Typically, no. Reason being is because our clients’ cases are confidential for many reasons. Additionally, it is human nature to want to read blogs or sites that are written about similar cases as individuals who seek our services. Imagine if we make this information public, and you have a website that is still hanging around somewhere in cyberspace, than some curious person wants to look up your information and land on the defamatory website. They click on it, the more clicks, the bigger the risk of increasing the visibility of the very site/s you want to have pushed down as far as possible. In some cases, we may be able to show you some of our work. However, we are confident that you will be so happy with our services that we allow you to pay for our services in monthly installments, rather than taking the payments upfront.

Does Eco Press offer pro bono work?

Yes, in very special cases. Usually law enforcement or third-party entities are involved and ask us to help on an individual’s behalf.  If you know of someone who is really in need of pro bono work, please submit this information through our contact form. Proof of financial destitution is required, among other information. Also, we do offer free services to teens who were cyber bullied.

Are consultations free?

Yes! Always.

What do I need to submit for your review?

Any and all proof or material you have pertaining to your online defamation case.

What recourse do I have in severe cases of online harassment?

If warranted, we will contact the FBI or other law enforcement entities on your behalf, in addition to our services.

If I submit my information for your review, will it be kept confidential and does it obligate me to retain the services of Eco Press?

First, your information will always be kept confidential. We will review your information free of charge and will make recommendations. Ultimately, you decide whether to retain our services. We will not push you either way. We understand the gravity of this type of online attack on a person’s psyche and we respect you. Don’t forget you’ve been abused once, the last thing we want is for you to feel taken advantage of for a second time. If you decide not to retain our services, we will either return your file back to you, or destroy it.
